Two sheriff's employees fired in M. Tennessee

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office fired the second employee in two weeks after internal investigations found they had sexual contact with inmates.

According to a news release, Kevin Dwayne Vance was fired this week and Santiago Alcantara was fired the week before.

Vance had been with the department since 2004 while Alcantara was a probationary employee.

The results of both investigations will be presented to the Montgomery County Grand Jury for proposed prosecution.

Disgusting and typical. They should be more than fired, they should be horsewhipped and put in there with the rest of the criminals. That is RAPE.
