High bidder to pay $117K for Knoxville's historic South High School

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The historic South High School building in South Knoxville will be sold to the highest bidder, pending Knox County Commission approval.

If approved, the building will be sold for $107,000. That's in addition to a 10 percent fee paid to the auction company by the high bidder, Bahman Kasraei of Knoxville, making the total purchase price $117,000.
