ALCOA, Tenn. (WVLT) -- No charges have been filed against a Blount County man accused of stabbing another man at a Blount County gas station Sunday.
Alcoa Police say 59-year-old Luther Wayne Kennedy was taken into custody near the scene, and he is currently being held at the Blount County Jail.
Investigators say 34-year-old Bryan Thomas was stabbed multiple times at the Kenjo Market on Alcoa Highway.
Thomas was taken to UT Medical Center where his condition is unknown.
No word on what lead to the stabbing.
