23-year-old Tennessee man wanted in killing of 2 Georgia teens arrested

RINGGOLD, Ga. (AP) -- A man sought in the fatal shootings of two northwest Georgia teenagers has been arrested in Pennsylvania.

Phu Thien Tran, 23, of East Ridge, Tenn., turned himself in Tuesday night in Lancaster County, Pa., Manor Township police said. He is being held in lieu of a $1 million bond pending extradition.

The teenagers, 13 and 17, were hit by some of the more than 30 shots fired as they fled a house in Lakeview after a scuffle over a debt Saturday night, Catoosa County Sheriff Phil Summers said. Another man was wounded.

The older teen, Toby Thaboua of Rossville, Ga., died at the scene. The 13-year-old, whose name was not released, died later at a Chattanooga, Tenn., hospital.
