OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Authorities say two people are dead and another suffered life-threatening injuries in a fire at a church rectory in Ocean City, Md.
The blaze at St. Paul's By-The-Sea Episcopal Church on Tuesday morning grew to three alarms, but fire crews were quickly able to bring it under control.
Ocean City fire officials say one person was pronounced dead at the scene and spokeswoman Jessica Waters said the second person died later Tuesday.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
