Guns, dope, shine, cash confiscated in East Tennessee drug bust

BEAN STATION, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Several people are behind bars after a drug bust in Grainger County Saturday led to the seizure of several pounds of marijuana, guns, moonshine, other drugs, and $9,000 in cash from a houseboat and storage unit.

William Roger Yoakum, Sr., and Barbara Smith were arrested at the scene.

Both are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell or deliver, possession of untaxed whiskey, and legend drugs.

Four other people were arrested as they arrived.

William Roger Yoakum, Jr. is still on the loose and wanted for several charges.
