LOCAL 8 WEATHER ALERT: As periods of heavy rain and thunder move into East Tennessee between now and the 4th of July Weekend, FLOODING is a concern, due to a saturated ground. Watch for water-covered roads, creeks and streams to run high. Remember TADD, "turn around don't drown."

Both UT and UGA fans watched anxiously Saturday night as it was anybody's game.
"We never expected this. We thought we were going to hammer them," said UGA fan Steve Goble.
"Honestly, I expected Georgia to come in and whoop us good," said UT fan Stacy Wright.
But the Vols didn't get "whooped." They nearly won the game until it slipped away at the goal.
"I was thinking man we got this and all of a sudden, boom, we give it away," said UT fan Jordan Culberson.
Despite the heartbreaking loss, many UT fans say they're proud of the Vols. And many say the close game shows Coach Butch Jones will lead the Vols to victory.
"If they give Butch a shot, your in good shape," Goble said.
