ROANE COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Highway Patrol released the name and a photo of the man whose body was found early Christmas morning on Interstate 40 in Roane County. They say foul play is a possibility.
Criminal Investigators say Brian William Taylor of Heath Springs, South Carolina either jumped or fell from a moving vehicle when he was hit by oncoming traffic, but every possible scenario is being investigated, including foul play.
