KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville Police arrested a man Friday night after an incident at West Town Mall.
Officers say a witness told security that 33-year-old Scott Edward Taylor was exposing himself inside the Disney Store at West Town Mall.
Officers stopped the suspect and tried to take him into custody when he tried to take off. A struggle ensued and that's when police say the suspect kicked the officer in the face before running out of the mall.
He did not get far, he was arrested on Kingston Pike near Cheshire Drive.
