SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- There are new charges stemming from a child abuse case that the Scott County Sheriff calls the worst he's ever seen.
Authorities are charging Roger Williams, 37, with three additional counts of aggravated sexual battery. Williams has already been charged in a 20-count indictment handed down in February dealing with the same case.
Willard Junior Foster, 46, of Morgan County, is now charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
Jean Marie McKeehan, 32, of Scott County is charged with two counts of aiding and abetting the rape of a child.
Anthony Scott McKeehan, 31, of Morgan County, is charged with the rape of a child.
The Scott County Sheriff says all charges relate to a sexual abuse case involving children between the ages of three and 13.
All four suspects are in the Scott County Jail.
