GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A local Gatlinburg Moonshine distillery has put on the shelf a new flavor to go along with the reopening of the Gatlinburg store.
Ole Smoky Moonshine has changed the store layout and added a Pineapple flavor to the shelves. A company spokesperson says the new flavor was being sold in places like California and Hawaii and they wanted to see how it would do here.
"Like the Shine Nog did during the holidays, it saw it's way off the shelf. We actually ran out over the weekend, Valentine's weekend. So it was a good launch here," said Johnny Baker, Ole Smoky Moonshine.
The store in Galtinburg has a new batch on the shelves ready for people to sample.
