HAMBLEN COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Jefferson City man had to be flown to U.T. Medical Center after a wreck in the Panther Creek State Park Saturday afternoon.
THP says 24-year-old Matthew Noe came out of the parking lot on Main Park Road and merged across Main Park Road at a high rate of speed.
They say Noe lost control while turning and went off the road and hit two trees. His car then went airborne and hit a creek bank and a walking bridge.
Troopers say the car flipped and came to a rest under the bridge.
Witnesses tell Local 8 News that Noe was driving about 90 MPH.
No word on Noe's condition at this time.
Charges are expected to be filed.
