GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK (WVLT) - A 44-year-old woman was taken to a hospital Monday after being found in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
She called 911 and officials say the woman was very disoriented.
The woman told Blount County sheriff's deputies that she had been dropped off by a taxi cab at the intersection of Foothills Parkway and Highway 321 about 10-12 days ago.
Her condition has not been released. Officials also do not know what the woman was in the park.
