CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) -- Police in Chattanooga arrested a man sought by police in Somerset, Ky., after he fled while on work release.
Authorities said 48-year-old Gary Burgess Rollins of Parkers Lake slipped away while working at the Pulaski County, Ky., animal shelter on June 25.
He was serving a sentence for drug charges and bail jumping.
Acting on a tip, Chattanooga police on Wednesday morning met a Greyhound bus Rollins had boarded in London, Ky.
Police also arrested 21-year-old Angel Wilson of McCreary County, Ky., charging her with drug, weapons and impersonation counts.
A court hearing will determine Rollins' extradition to Somerset.
