Tennessee man accused of throwing car seat with child inside

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WTVF) – A man has been charged with aggravated child endangerment after police said he threw a child seat with the child still inside.

Joseph E. Skinner, age 31, was arrested after the incident Sunday. A police affidavit said Skinner was riding in the car with his wife, the child's mother and her boyfriend when an argument broke out.
