SEYMOUR, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Saturday was a great day to get out and be active.
In Seymour about 350 people who are eager to shed some pounds stepped up to a challenge.
Gretchen Rivers created "get Fit Seymour" to offer free nutrition, therapy, and workouts for 60 days.
Get fit Seymour has filled all available spaces but plans on doing the program again next year.
