Knoxville (WVLT) - Karns High School head football coach John Fulkerson is back on the job, but his personnel file is a bit thicker.
Fulkerson received another letter of reprimand from the Knox County School District.
The district says Fulkerson acted inappropriately when he pulled a student from her desk by the arm when she couldn't find a pencil sharpener and called her stupid.
Fulkerson has been assigned to an Intensive Training Program designed to help teachers overcome challenges in the classroom.
In June, Fulkerson also received a written reprimand following a school district investigation that revealed he allegedly made comments that one student took as inappropriate.
