Washington (AP) -- Congressman Jimmy Duncan of Knoxville, a Republican, voted against the record $448 billion budget for the Pentagon Tuesday.
All other Tennessee Congressmen voted for the bill, which included $70 billion more for military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The measure was approved 394-to-22.
The no votes were cast by 20 Democrats and two Republicans.
