Knoxville (WVLT) - The Knoxville Police Department needs your help finding a suspect wanted in connection with an East Knoxville murder.
Authorities say 18-year-old Gregory Phelps has been indicted for second degree murder in the death of Terry Roundtree.
Phelps has several identifying tattoos, including "NLF" on his left forearm, a tattoo of bullet holes on his left forearm, praying hands on his left forearm and "DRA" on his right hand.
Police say Phelps shot 32-year-old Roundtree was shot in the parking lot of the Bi-Lo market on MLK last Thursday.
Phelps is considered armed and dangerous, if you have any information on his whereabouts, call the KPD crime hotline at 215-7212, you do not have to give your name to police.
