Knoxville police have cited several restaurants for selling alcohol to underage customers.
The sting operation ran from 6:30 Friday night to Midnight.
Officer checked 19 spots and cited 8 of them.
The Copper Cellar on Cumberland Avenue, Sunspot Restaurant, Old College Inn, The Tack Inn, Moes Grill, Stefano's Pizza, Blue Cats, and the Red Iguana were cited.
