There will be no deal, as least not yet, in the city of Knoxville's case against Michael's Restaurant and Bar.
Thursday afternoon, a short hearing wrapped up in the case.
The Beer Board set a January 16th date for the start of the trial.
It could take that whole week.
The city accuses Michael's of over-serving alcohol and serving to minors.
The longtime West Knoxville nightclub could lose it's alcohol permit.
The restaurant also faces two wrongful death suits.
