Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knox County judge has dismissed the murder case against Thomas "Zoo Man" Huskey.
However, Huskey remains in prison, serving a 44 year sentence on rape convictions.
He will be eligible for release in the year 2055, but could be eligible for parole earlier.
Huskey is also waiting for one of the rape cases against him to be re-tried.
