Hazard, KY (WVLT) - The family of one of the victims killed on Comair Flight 5191 has filed a lawsuit against the sole survivor of the crash.
James Polehinke, who was at the controls, when the plane crashed, while trying to take off in late August, and Comair are named in a wrongful death lawsuit.
Meanwhile, the widow of Captain Jeff Clay spoke exclusively to our sister station, WYMT.
Amy Clay says two months later, she's still in shock, but has to stay strong for her two small children who depend on her.
Even so, Amy says it's difficult not reminiscing.
"It was just a quiet, happy life and I really, like so many other people, say everyday right now, I want my life back. I really don't like this one very much. I like that one. That one was better."
Amy says she appreciates all the support she has received and is overwhelmed at times by the outpouring of love from all across the country.
