A Jefferson County girl is dead after a pickup truck hit her bicycle.
The Highway Patrol says 9 year old Octavia Hucklebee rode her bike out in front of the Ford Pickup on Talbott Kansas Road.
It happened a little before 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Officers say the driver won't face any charges.
