Oak Ridge, Tenn. (AP) -- Department of Energy officials are further postponing cleanup work at an Oak Ridge National Laboratory facility.
The Knoxville News Sentinel reports that the latest delay at the molten salt reactor is because of suspected drug use and other personnel issues.
The cleanup project is already 20 months behind and $10 million over budget.
The work has been halted since a fluorine leak at the facility in May.
Workers are suspected of smoking pot in a break trailer, sleeping on the job and playing cards.
