Knoxville (WVLT) - A local man, charged with vandalizing the Knoxville Kerbela Shrine is expected back in court on December fifth.
Wednesday morning, a judge announced the court is still trying to determine how much restitution 31-year-old Jonathan Christopher West has to pay.
According to authorities, West caused about $10,000 worth of damage to the building back in February during a 12-hour vandalism spree.
