Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knoxville teen pleaded innocent to murder and especially aggravated robbery charges in connection with the murder of a Walgreens truck driver and a separate incident just hours later.
Nineteen-year-old Kane Stackhouse will stand trial for the shooting death of 53-year-old David Lindsey on June 18th of next year.
Stackhouse will go to trial may 23rd for the other incident in which Knox County deputies say he pulled a gun on County Commissioner Greg "Lumpy" Lambert.
Lambert says he foiled the robbery by pulling his own gun on Stackhouse.
