Knoxville (WVLT) - A grand jury has indicted an East Tennessee widow on murder charges.
57-year-old Raynella Dossett-Leath is charged with the 2003 death of her husband David Leath.
Before her marriage to him, she was married to former Knox County District Attorney General Ed Dossett who died in 1992.
Ms. Dossett-Leath is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
In an argument presented to the courts, Ms. Dossett-Leath's attorney said she is not a flight risk and that based on the evidence presented to them so far, "Ms. Dossett-Leath asserts that the probability of conviction is very, very low."
