Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
Alcoa, Blount County (WVLT) - Alcoa Police tell WVLT TV News they have made an arrest in the shooting death of Tamir Shereef.
Authorities say a 16-year-old male teen was arrested on criminal homicide charges.
The suspect is currently being in the Blount County Juvenile Detention Center.
Last month in Alcoa, 16-year-old Shereef was found dead on the 100 block of West Bell Street of an apparent gunshot wound.
