The search for a three year old Gatlinburg girl has been cancelled after she was found with her father.
According to a release from the TBI, Gatlinburg police say Andrea Montoya was picked up by her father at the River Terrace hotel Thursday afternoon without permission.
The release also says the mother has talked to her daughter and doesn't believe the child is in any danger.
Chief Randy Brackins said there was an ongoing custody dispute with the child.
Gatlinburg police say arrangements are now being made for a third party to see the child to make sure she is ok.
