Knoxville (WVLT) - Police need your help catching who shot and killed a young man in an East Knoxville housing project.
We do know the name of the victim.
Officers found 20-year-old Richard Cozart shot several times, when they went into an apartment in the Walter P. Taylor Homes on McConnell Tuesday afternoon.
Paramedics got Cozart to a hospital, but he died there.
Police believe the shooter, or shooters got away in a dark blue or gray Chevy Caprice with tinted windows.
