An Ohio man has been brought back to Bell County Kentucky to face charges of rape.
Officials say 45 year old David Cluck of Athens has waived extradition to face charges of kidnapping, first degree rape, and several counts sexual abuse.
Officials say Cluck fled from Bell County after the incident in question.
He will be arraigned on Monday.
He's being held on 100,000 dollars bond.
