Knoxville, Tennessee (WVLT) A nightclub in Knoxville's Old City will have some explaining to do before the Knoxville Beer Board tonight.
Representatives from the Red Iguana will have to appear before the board for an administrative hearing.
The reason, according to Knoxville Police, the nightclub has been cited twice in two years for selling alcohol to underage patrons.
Knoxville Police say the Red Iguana was cited once on October 20th of this year, and on November 12th, 2004.
Knoxville Police also cited them for allegedly selling to an intoxicated person on January 14th of this year.
Also in October, a gun was accidentally discharged inside the bar.
The beer board could vote tonight to send the matter before a judge for a license suspension or revocation hearing.
We'll tell you what happens, tonight at 11.
