Lafollette, Campbell County (WVLT) - He's the little Chihuahua winning the hearts of East Tennesseans, and now little 'Bobo' whose owner is accused of dragging him behind her car for nearly a mile, continues to recover.
According to the folks at the Lafollette Veterinary Hospital, the little guy had a second surgery today to replace the stitches in his ears.
He is now able to walk around when not taking frequent naps.
Hospital officials said he is also eating and drinking plenty of fluids on his own.
