Knoxville (WVLT) - No one was hurt in a fire in Sevierville Tuesday night.
It happened around 8:30 at the Activated Metals building, at the site of the new jail.
Firefighters say they did not have to evacuate the area, but they did have to close down a nearby road.
The fire was brought under control. Firefighters believe the fire was a chemical reaction, but firefighters are now cleaning out the building.
