Knoxville (WVLT) - Knoxville fire investigators say they have caught a man who is suspected of making a rash of fake 911 calls.
Wednesday, a judge sent the case against 29-year-old Jason Mark Harms to a grand jury.
Investigators say Harms made 15 prank calls to 911 operators in two months.
Captains Brent Seymour, Jeff Stooksbury and Doug Conard used a cell phone number in determining the origin of the calls.
