Weather Alert: Strong to severe storms are expected tonight
(WVLT-TV/Kingston) - There are new developments in the case against two brothers charged with gunning down a deputy here in East Tennessee. According to sources close to the case, Leon Houston has been found mentally able to stand trial for the murders of Roane County Deputy Bill Jones and his friend Mike Brown. There is no word yet on the evaluation of Leon's brother, Rocky.
