Williamsburg, Whitley County, KY (WVLT) - A Williamsburg, Kentucky, police officer has been indicted by the grand jury.
Brad Nighbert was involved in a crash back in April.
According to the lab report, he had Oxycodone and cocaine in his system.
Nighbert's cruiser collided with a minivan, injuring the driver.
Nighbert was seriously hurt in the crash and hasn't worked since.
Nighbert is facing multiple charges, including assault, possession of a controlled substance and DUI.
