Knoxville (WVLT) - A man was seriously hurt in a coal mining accident in Harlan County, Kentucky.
Family members say 24-year-old Christopher Miles suffered a severe electrical shock at the Panther Mine near Cloverlick.
Miles was airlifted from the scene to Johnson City hospital in Tennessee where family members say he is in stable condition.
Federal investigators are on scene.
