Governor's Car Struck In Minor Incident; No Injuries

Nashville (AP) -- A car in which Governor Bredesen was riding was involved in a minor traffic incident.

No one was hurt last night when the Lincoln Town Car taking the governor to his home in Nashville collided with a compact car south of Vanderbilt University.

Bredesen, his driver and the young woman driving a Honda Accord were all wearing seat belts.

Police say Lisa Malone was trying to turn left and her view may have been obstructed by a vehicle in front of her.

Neither driver was cited.
