Hawkins County Sheriff Roger Christian says a man allegedly approached the 22-year-old victim's car, pulled out a handgun, and demanded she get out.
The suspect is then accused of raped the young woman...
Sheriff Christian says the victim told authorities the car was an unmarked police car with flashing blue lights.
