Knoxville Police Officer Uninjured in Crash

Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knoxville Police Officer was not hurt in an accident Friday evening.

Authorities say it happened just before 5 p.m. on Broadway and Fifth.

Police say Sergeant Greg Coker was going through an intersection when another car driven by Moya Johnson hit Coker's squad car on the passenger side. Johnson was treated and released from UT Medical Center. Coker was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing.
