Campbell County (WVLT) -- Bobo the Chihuahua was returned to his owner this afternoon.
According to the Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee, Susan Baird picked him up at around 4 p.m.
Bobo drew a huge amount of interest in December when he was dragged behind Baird's car, resulting in serious wounds that required several surgeries.
Last month a Grand Jury chose not to indict Baird on animal cruelty charges
Baird was required to pay the more than $2000 bill for Bobo before she could get him back.
According to the rescue, he was wagging his tail when he left to go back home with his owner.
