Sevier County (WVLT) - A juror in the case against a man charged with killing a woman and dumping her body on an East Tennessee mountain had to removed from the Sevier County courtroom after getting physically ill.
An ambulance had to be called after the medical examiner testified on the stand using some graphic pictures.
The juror was replaced for the day.
Wednesday, the defense questioned the use of these graphic pictures. The judge ruled some of the photos were inadmissible.
Blair's attorney maintains he was framed in the murder of Kelli Sellers.
