Traffic Alert: Highway 95 in Oak Ridge Now Open

Oak Ridge, Anderson County (WVLT) – Highway 95 in Oak Ridge is once again re-open at this hour, after a fatal crash earlier this afternoon.

Authorities say 25-year-old Ashley Brummett, her daughter, three-year-old Maleigha Henning, and 23-year-old James Salyer, all of Clinton, were killed when Brummett's vehicle collided head on with a pickup truck. That truck was driven by 49-year-old Michael McClure of Oak Ridge. His granddaughter, 4-year-old Madison Nivens, was a passenger.

McClure is in stable condition tonight, his granddaughter in serious condition at UT.

The accident is still under investigation.
