West Knoxville (WVLT) - Knoxville Police have arrested a driver they believe hit and seriously hurt a man in West Knoxville.
Police responded to the hit and run just after 1:00am on Gleason Drive.
They found a man with serious injuries that included a broken femur.
Paramedics took him to U.T. Medical Center.
Police aren't releasing his name or condition this morning.
Police recovered the vehicle they believe was involved in the accident and arrested the man they believe was driving it.
Investigators are questioning the suspect right now and are still looking for a passenger that was in the car.
Charges against the driver are expected to be announced later this morning.
