Knoxville (WVLT) - Three people accused of kidnapping and torturing and raping a woman in 2006 have pled guilty to a Knox County judge.
The guilty plea is part of a deal that will put Erika Bailey, Bradley Fox, And Shawn Gilbert Green in prison for 12 to 15 years.
The Knox County Sheriff's Department says Fox and Bailey forced a 26-year-old Knoxville woman and her 2-year-old son inside a car and sexually assaulted her.
Sheriff's officials say they then drove the woman and her child to a house in Strawberry Plains where they set her feet on fire, broke her finger, and burned her with a cattle prod.
Green was charged with aiding in the torture.
The suspects were caught after putting the woman back in the car and driving around.
The three claimed the victim ripped them off on a drug buy.
