UPDATE: Motorcycle Crash Victim's Name Released

(WVLT) - Police have released the name of a man killed in a motorcycle accident in East Knoxville.

Police say 51 year-old Dwight Call of Powell was riding ahead of two friends Sunday night at about 8:30pm, when he lost control of his motorcycle on Delrose Drive.

Witnesses say they saw smoke before the motorcycle left the roadway, and hit then it hit a tree.

Emergency crews responded but Call was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say he was wearing a helmet.

    i had met Dwight on a couple of occasions he was a nice man it's sad that he had to go but i guess he went doing what he loved God Speed
