Knoxville (WVLT) - Knoxville police are searching for a suspect in a drive-by shooting.
Officers say a man told them he was walking with another man on Schofield Street just after 10:00pm Wednesday night, when a man drove up and fired several shots at them.
Police say the victim walked to a home a couple of blocks away and called police.
Paramedics took the victim to U.T. Medical Center.
There's no word on the extent of his injuries this morning.
Investigators are still questioning the victim.
They do not have a description of the suspect for us at this time, other than he was a black man and was driving a white dodge magnum.
