Two Indicted in Cocke County for Murder

Newport, Cocke County (WVLT) - Two men have been indicted in connection with the death of a man, found last month on the side of road in Cocke County.

Wednesday, authorities there announced 31-year-old Toby Senter and 31-year-old Leon Talley, both of Sevierville, are facing charges in the death of Michael Derrick Grimes.

The men are facing first degree murder and conspiracy to commit first degree murder charges.

Officials say the men are being held on unrelated charges, but won't set where or when they will be extradited to Cocke County.
